Empowered Nurse Leaders™ Sanctum brings together restoration, reflection, leadership formation, and meaningful connection in a deliberately small-group environment. The experience is designed for nurse leaders who want protected space to consider how they are leading, what their current season requires, and how they want to return to their work.
Continuing education credit is incorporated into selected learning experiences, allowing professional development and personal leadership formation to occur together.
Participation is intentionally limited to preserve the depth, quality, and integrity of the Sanctum experience.
